The tour is aiming to give you information and idea about the wine industry in Bulgaria and to follow its development since the fall of the communism. Today Bulgaria is one of the biggest wine producers in Europe and in the last 10 years many Bulgarian wines won prestigious awards.

DETAILED ITINERARY:

9 am – Pick up from your hotel/address. Departure to the village of Ognyanovo, Bessa Valley Winery.

10:30 am – Scheduled time of arrival Bessa Valley Winery. Take a tour of the winery and its vineyards followed by tasting five of the most famous wines such as Enira.Plovdiv One Day Tour

12:00 pm – Departure to the village of Bratsigovo. Have lunch in a local traditional restaurant.

1 pm – Departure to the village of Ustina where is the Ustina Winery situated.

1: 30 pm – Arrive at the winery. Take a tour of its production areas. Drive 4 km further to see the vineyards. Drive back to the winery.

2:45 pm – Start the wine tasting. Here you will taste 5 wines from the 4 Seasons line and the best seller Monogram.

4 pm  – Departure to Sofia.
